Please keep in mind this is not a traditional message board, but a place to ask and have your questions answered. So, after a satisfactory answer is provided, the topic may be closed. However, the topic will remain available so others can read the answer.
Before requesting support, please read through the FAQ and the other topics before posting a new question, since odds are someone already asked it.
I would also like to point out that the questions should be related to this site (problems registering, posting, etc) or affect many of our users.
A moderator or administrator must approve new threads before they become visible. Please don't submit the same request multiple times.
If you read a question and know how to solve it, don't hesitate to take a stab at it. We are here to grow as a community.
Tips on Asking for Support
Do not use thread titles such as "Help" or "Not Working".
Create a title that is unique and descriptive of your problem. A descriptive title helps your thread get the attention it deserves.
Use descriptive details of your problem.
It really helps when you quote any errors being shown, and provide explicit detail about your problem.
Please don't bump your thread before 24 hours have passed. Any such bump posts will be deleted. Our staff is composed of volunteers.
